Requirements:
Enjoy being around and experiencing pets.
Must be available weekdays 8AM to 4PM for visits to customers.
Some availability on weekends and evenings.
Available long-term to support the business.
Access to the internet, email and smartphone.
Have transportation to get to visit quickly.
Close proximity to Highland Park as visits may be spread through the day and transit time needs to be minimal.
Willing to accept part-time income of about $250 per week.
This is about 25 visits a week or about 2-3 hours/day 5-6 days a week.
Details:
You will visit customers' homes to care for their pets, mostly dog walking but some cats and other pets.
Visits are about 30 minutes each.
Scheduled visits are visible days in advance but due to the nature of the business can sometimes be sporadic.
Ideally, the candidate is generally available and willing to work as needed to support the customer's requests.
For times you are busy, with school, and other part-time work, we have computerized scheduling that allows you to block out times when you are unable to work.
We are looking for long-term employees as training and customer introductions can take many months.
